TERMS & CONDITIONS (updated as at 2 October 2024)
Information on how to participate in the Total Scott® October 2024 Lucky Draw Campaign (the “Lucky Draw”) and the Rules (as stated below) of the Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions. All persons registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions.
THE RULES
1. The Lucky Draw Promotion is valid from 1 October 2024 to 31 October 2024 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners residing in Singapore, who are, aged 18 and above as at the start of the Lucky Draw period and except for employees and immediate family members of Kimberly-Clark Singapore Pte Ltd.
3. Participants can get one (1) Lucky Draw chance for every $15 spent on any Scott® product(s), purchased in participating outlets in a single receipt.
4. The participating outlets are, FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Giant Supermarket, Giant Hypermarket, Cold Storage, CS Fresh and CS Fresh Gold, Sheng Siong Supermarket and Prime Supermarket.
5. Multiple entries are allowed per Participant, on condition that each entry submitted corresponds to a separate receipt and that each Participant is only entitled to one (1) prize in this Lucky Draw.
i. This is a Lucky Draw of seven (7) prize winners.
ii. Each prize winner wins a SMEG Citrus Juicer (Black) worth $238.
6. All entries for the Lucky Draw are to be submitted via SMS to 8946 6849 by 2 November 2024, 2359 hrs.
i. Enter text format, SCOTT<space>NAME<
Example: SCOTT SIMON 1234
ii. Upon receiving the entry, Participants will receive a WhatsApp requesting for a photo of the receipt with the details of participating outlet, participating product(s) purchased, purchase date and receipt number clearly captured for validation.
iii. After successful validation, Participants will be informed of how many chances awarded for that receipt via WhatsAPP.
7. Only entries sent in via SMS using the correct format (as stated above in point #6) will be considered for the Lucky Draw. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will automatically be
disqualified.
8. Participants shall participate in the Lucky Draw on his/her own account, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons.
9. The Lucky Draw will be held on 4 November 2024 at 3pm. The draw will be conducted online with the witness of an auditor.
10. Prizes won are given out on an “as it is basis,” and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp or by phone call. If the winner refuses to accept the prize or fails to respond within the stipulated time (within 7 days after being contacted as winner), a new winner will be selected.
12. Kimberly-Clark Singapore reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Lucky Draw Campaign at any time without prior notice.
13. Kimberly-Clark Singapore may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by them.
14. Kimberly-Clark Singapore’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
15. The value of the prize/gift/reward is accurate as at the date of printing. Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not responsible for any variation to that price after the date of printing.
16. Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may sustain from participation of the promotion or accepting the prize/gift/reward.
17. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
18. The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
