Kimberly-Clark Christmas 2025 Top Spender Giveaway

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on how to participate in the Kimberly-Clark Christmas 2025 Top Spender Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) and the Rules (as stated below) of the Giveaway Terms and Conditions. All persons registering or taking part in this Campaign (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

THE RULES

1.      The Giveaway Campaign is valid from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) with the following participating retailers, FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Giant Supermarket, Giant Hypermarket, Cold Storage, CS Fresh, CS Fresh Gold, and Sheng Siong Supermarket.

2.      The Giveaway Campaign is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and foreigners residing in Singapore, who are, aged 18 and above as at the start of the Giveaway Campaign period and except for employees and immediate family members of Kimberly-Clark Singapore Pte Ltd.

3.      The following participating brands are, Kleenex®, Scott®, Huggies®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®.

4.      Each Participant is only entitled to one (1) prize in this Giveaway Campaign.

5.      All entries for the Giveaway Campaign are to be submitted via WhatsApp to 8946 6849 by 3 January 2026, 2359 hrs.

                                 i.            Take a photo of the receipt with the details of participating outlet, participating product(s) purchased, purchase date and receipt number clearly capture for validation.

                               ii.            Enter text format, KCXMAS<space>NAME.

6.      Only entries sent in via WhatsApp using the correct format (as stated above in point #6) will be considered for the Giveaway Campaign. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will automatically be disqualified.

7.      Participants must spend a minimum of $50 in a single receipt to qualify for the participation, and no limit on the number of receipt submission during the Giveaway Campaign period.

8.      Only the highest amount spent will be considered during the Giveaway Campaign period when the Participant has submitted more than one receipt.

9.      In the event that there are more than one Participant with the same spending amount during the Giveaway Campaign period, the Giveaway prize will be awarded to the customer who obtained that spent amount earlier in time.

10.  Participants shall participate in the Giveaway Campaign on his/her own account, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons.

11.  Prizes are given out on an “as it is basis,” and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

12.  Only winners of the Giveaway Campaign will be contacted via WhatsApp.  If the winner refuses to accept the prize or fails to respond within the stipulated time (within 7 days after being contacted as winner), a new winner will be selected.

13.  By participating in the Giveaway Campaign, participants shall consent to providing residential/delivery address to the agency for delivery of the Prize.

14.  Prize will be arranged with participants and delivered by third party logistics by 6 February 2026.

15.  Incorrect/invalid address or non-receipt of gift will not receive a second delivery. Charges will be applicable to the participant for subsequent scheduled delivery.

16.  Participation in the Giveaway Campaign shall not be valid in conjunction with any other ongoing or concurrent promotional campaigns, offers, or redemptions unless otherwise stated by Kimberly-Clark Singapore.

17.  Kimberly-Clark Singapore reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Giveaway Campaign at any time without prior notice.

18.  Kimberly-Clark Singapore may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by them.

19.  Kimberly-Clark Singapore’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

20.  The value of the prize/gift/reward is accurate as at the date of printing. Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not responsible for any variation to that price after the date of printing.

21.  Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may sustain from participation of the promotion or accepting the prize/gift/reward.

22.  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Giveaway Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. 

23.  The Giveaway Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
