1. The Gift with Purchase promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion”) is valid from 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) with the following Participating Retailers, FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Giant Supermarket, Giant Hypermarket, Cold Storage, CS Fresh, CS Fresh Gold, Sheng Siong Supermarket and Prime Supermarket and General Trade (i.e Mustafa).
2. Participants can receive one (1) Huggies Hug Baa Baa worth $29.00 with purchase of minimum 2 packs of Huggies® Airsoft Diapers (tape or pants) in a single receipt.
3. The Gift is on while stocks last or till end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
4. All entries for the Promotion are to be submitted via WhatsApp to 8946 6849 by 2 October 2024, 2359 hrs.
i. Take a photo of the receipt with the details of participating outlet, participating product(s) purchased, purchase date and receipt number clearly capture for validation.
ii. Enter text format, HUGGIES<space>NAME<space>RECEI

5. Only entries sent in via WhatsApp using the correct format (as stated above in point #4) will be considered for the promotion. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will automatically be deemed as ineligible.
6. Participants shall participate in the Promotion on his/her own account, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons.
7. The Gift is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, or any other merchandise.
8. By participating in the Promotion, participants shall consent to providing residential/mailing address to the agency for postage of the Gift.
9. Gift will be mailed out latest by 31 October 2024.
10. Incorrect/invalid address will not receive a second mail out. Charges will be applicable to the claimant for subsequent mailing/registered mail/scheduled delivery.
11. Kimberly-Clark Singapore reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
12. Kimberly-Clark Singapore may, without notice and at any time, substitute any gift with a gift of similar value, as determined by them.
13. Kimberly-Clark Singapore’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entertained.
14. The value of the prize/gift/reward is accurate as at the date of printing. Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not responsible for any variation to that price after the date of printing.
15. Kimberly-Clark Singapore is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may sustain from participation of the promotion or accepting the prize/gift/reward.
16. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
17. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
