Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Gift with Purchase of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Gift”) is valid from 1 May to 14 June 2026.
    The said Gift is a $5 GrabGifts voucher when the participants purchase DARLIE products worth $25 & above.
  1. The participating retailers include:

           ·        FairPrice: FairPrice Supermarket, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra & FairPrice Online. 

          ·        Cold Storage & CS Fresh.

          ·        Giant

  1. The Gift is on a while stocks last or till the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  1. All Promotion-related receipts must be dated between 1 May to 14 June 2026 and to be submitted via WhatsApp to +65 8946 6849 by 21 June 2026, 11.59pm.

          Steps to participate include:

          i. Take a clear photo of the receipt or invoice
          with the details of participating outlet,
          participating product(s) purchased,
          purchase date and receipt number clearly
          captured for validation.

          ii. Enter the participating text format:
          DARLIEFP<space>NAME 
          DARLIEDFI<space>NAME

                E.g.:        DARLIEFP JAMIE
                                DARLIEDFI JAMIE 

  1. Only entries sent in via WhatsApp using the correct format (as stated above in point #4) will be considered for the Promotion. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will automatically be deemed as ineligible.
  1. You may submit as many entries as you wish, but each entry must be accompanied with a valid unique store receipt/ email receipt/ online e-retailer receipt print screen, dated between 1 May to 14 June 2026. Multiple entries using the same receipt will be considered as one entry i.e. one eligibility only.
  1. Only completed entries will be accepted. Participants are required to provide all of the information correctly for the voucher redemption. DARLIE is not responsible for any error of information in the submission. Should there be errors spotted in the submission, it will automatically be ineligible for the voucher. No appeal will be entertained.
  1. Participants with valid submissions will receive the $5 GrabGifts voucher within 2 weeks from the date of submission. While stocks last.
  1. The Gift is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  1. Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion and the Gift with others of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  1. Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd decision is final. No correspondence or dispute will be entertained. 
  1. The value of the Gift is accurate as at the date of release. Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd is not liable for any variation to that price after the date of release.
  1. Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd is not liable for any loss/damage/tax liability a claimant may sustain from participation of the Promotion or accepting the Gift.
  1. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  1. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
  1. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Gift shall constitute the Participant’s agreement with Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd to use their name, address, voice, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  1. Your entries to this promotion will be treated as acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated above. By taking part in this contest, you understand and accept without condition that Hawley & Hazel Chemical Co. Singapore (Pte) Ltd may elect to use your personal information for internal and/ or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit, whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
